The Ministry of Education and Technical Education signed a cooperation protocol with Misr El Kheir Foundation to support and develop the education system, including providing medical care and early detection of vision problems among primary school students. The Foundation currently operates 770 community schools nationwide in partnership with banking and private sector entities.
Misr El-Kheir Foundation was established in 2007 with the vision of sustaining its impact for more than 500 years, based on an institutional structure that depends on systems rather than individuals. The foundation operates using the latest methodologies of professional institutional development work to enhance human development in five key areas: social solidarity, education, health, scientific research, and aspects of life — all under one umbrella, Misr El-Kheir Foundation. Misr El-Kheir is a non-profit civil foundation, registered under No. 555 for the year 2007 in accordance with Law No. 84 of 2002. It aims to serve, develop, and empower the Egyptian society to restore a decent life across all parts of Egypt.
